Jack was sitting in an airplane when another guy took the seat beside him.
Jack noticed that the guy was moaning and shaking.
"What's wrong?" asked Jack.
"I've been transferred to New Orleans, Louisiana," the guy answered. "There's crazy people in New Orleans. They have shootings, rapes, robberies, gangs, race riots, drugs . . . . the highest crime rate."
"Hold on," Jack interrupted. "I've lived there all my life. It's not as bad as the media says. Find a nice home, go to work, mind your own business, enroll your kids in a good school and it's as safe as anywhere in the world."
The other passenger relaxed and stopped shaking for a moment and said, "Oh, thank you. I've been worried to death, but if you live there and say it's OK, I'll take your word for it. What do you do for a living?"
"Me?" said Jack. "I'm the tail gunner on a Bud Lite truck."

LOL NT comedy at its finest. Starting off with a good conversation and it digresses into calling each other fucktards and morons. NT > all.

Im just wondering (not flaming) why do you feel that the all of the saints games are fixed? Do you also feel that the Texans not picking Reggie Bush with the number 1 pick, was also "fixed"? Do you not realize that in the NFL that every year a team that was under .500 comes back and wins 10 games in a year and makes the playoffs? Why could this not be the Saints? The Saints are winning games, not taking charity. They have a good team, that is well coached, with playmakers on both sides of the ball. I for one am in the same boat (at least i think it was you that said it) that im sick and tired of hearing about Katrina, and the aftermath and impact on the Saints. I could die a happy man not hearing anything else about it. Im certainly not a saints "fan boi" either, but i know well played and well coached football when i see it.

Who Dey?!?! was actually the "chant" of the Bengals last year. Who dat is a very "clever" (sarcasm here) variation of that, used by the Saints this year.

Oh yeah and who dat and who dey have both been used many times over.

For the record, the Bengals are the not-very-clever variants. Ripped it off from us. We were first.

"Who is that that says they are going to beat those Saints" in non New Orleans speak.

Been around since at least 1980.

Because football chants for other teams are alway so clever and witty.....

I realize its hard for you plain generics to grasp, but we have a rich history, culture, dialect, idiosynchracy. These things get expressed and make us unique ie who dat.

Actually sir it was the Saints that took it from the Bengals originally, as it pertains to sports. In fact it wasnt even the saints that "adapted" the term. Who dat was actually used as a sports chant from the LSU Tigers. Yes i know its in Lousiana, but the "Saints" did not invent the term. Albeit most LSU fans are probably Saints fans.

Alitte history here for you. "Who Dat" first appeared in Cartoons way back in the 1930's completly unrelated to football, and no the cartoons did not originate in Lousiana either. (However im sure the term did probably originate in the Southeast. Its hard to actually trace a "term" to its origin.

In 1981 during the Cincinati Bengals started chanting "who Dey?" during their run at to the Super Bowl that year. That was the first time it was recorded from a sports function.

In 1982 is when LSU starting using the "who Dat" chant, directly altering the Bengals chant.

In 1983 is when the Saints "adopted" the Who Dat chant, at games.

Now there was some people that used the chant who Dat at the hiring of Bum Phillips to the saints in 1981, AFTER the season. Wich is probably where LSU actually got it considering that its most likely the same fan base. But it wasnt actually used to describe the Saints till 1983.

Not quite sure why you are directing this at me. Its called a joke homie. I wont start to debate the literacy rates with you. I dont believe anyone said anything about your rich history culture yadda yadda yadda. I certainly dont see anyone denying that you have a rich history. But i hate to break it to you, every state, every city has something unique about them, New Orleans isnt the only place. Congratulations on being Unique, as i am, as is pretty much everyone from every part of the world.

Im not quite sure to offer you 2 thumbs up, a cookie, or a gold star for being unique.

Youre right that was my bad, a bit of an overreaction, we get so much shit thrown at us, sometimes my back gets up a little too quickly when it comes to my beloved hometown.

No one is owned here but you princess.

You have been owned since your first post in this thread, but keep coming back like a beat dog for more.

Prediction - wrong
pathetic attempts at insults - wrong
fall back on copying and pasting googled new orleans jokes because actual humor and wit is alien to you - pathetic
reduced down to 'haha' - hilarious

THAT is entertaining.

*Prediction that actually comes true* - Tikker will follow this post with something entirely unfunny and unoriginal, a pathetic attempt at a broadside insult at something completely unrelated to football, or simply a 'lol' or 'whatever you say' in his typical boring, unimaginative fashion.
