2 wrongs dont make a right brother. I dont think she should get rich but i dont the man has the right to process you for being an asshole either. Would you be ok with this if it was your kid?

No sadly they are not the only victim but in your ass backwards mind thats prolly true. At 14 id think you could handle some dipshit running off at the mouth. Maybe they should sue and get rich due to the trauma they had to endure. If its only words they hardly qualify as victims.

It's not that they put her through the process, it's the fact that they even did it. Just seems pretty ridiculous to me, and pointless. I mean, she is suspected of being a racist. I dont' understand how they go from "she might be a racist" to "let's get a DNA sample" rofl

While it looks like it's being blown out of proportion to some extent, it does appear to be factual that the girl was arrested for being racist, not for classroom disruption or refusal to cooperate with the teacher.

Considering some people I've run across that tend to see racisim around every corner and pursue the issue with a dedication and passion that is not unlike fervent religious zeal, the idea of racisim being in and of it's self a crime is scarry as hell.

Suspended from school, sure - but police? o_O

Either that particular area's police department feels fine with arresting people for no reason --- or England is becoming insane and has thought crime legislation.

Actually black people comprise half the people arrested for hate crimes in the US.
