I'm thinking of reinstalling eq2 while it is still active, till the 11th. We forgot to cancel it when I quit months and months ago.
I'll probably last two days though

I'm hoping I can last a while on it, the first time I played the game I put in a 21 hour session without ever leaving the area immediately outside of Qeynos. I'm hoping with the combat changes etc it can hold my attention, and I guess I should play something besides a bard.

They changed the way the game starts. You don't start as a scout...then move into bard...then pick troub or dirge anymore. You start immediately as a troub or dirge.

For the record....my main is a troub and I love it. :P

*puke* as the first lvl 50 troub on oasis server I feel disgusted when I see things like that, eq2 bards are so lame-wad compared to the ones in the first game...eq1 bards had so much more to the class.

Im glad I re-rolled a Brigand, that's a sublime class, top notch DPS.
before they fixed the spell chart and fucked up attks no one could get me DPS wise.

Good for you. Glad you found a class you like.

I like the troub for being a good all-around class. She mezzes, she has decent dps, she's got speed song, she's got great buffs, etc. What's not to like?

Wait for the Fae's to be playable. They've got feather fall and can jump from the trees and not die...which sucks cuz I was waiting for that newbie splat.

Are you guys still playing? I may reup my subscription, I miss playing Mono. I might level a pure healer though, I dunno I love my fury but I would love to have insane heals rather than my sub par ones. I have no issue keeping my party alive, but I just think it would be fun to role a pure healer.

I made a char on MM last night, but I still have a mage or some such on BB. I might reroll my SK on BB so I have people to talk to. I was lonely last night.

I only have till the 11th to play though. Then I might have to wait a month till we can afford it.
