friend of mine did that years and years ago. Had a recumbant bike set for his deskchair. Worked well for him.

Almost perfect. Just need that bike to also tie into the electrical, forcing it to be used in order to provide the electricity for the TV, PC, etc..

I went to D.C. to visit someone and he had a keyboard atop a walky machine thing.
With the amount of dust on it, it looked as though it had never been used...he was a big boy.
