How is being proactive and possibly OVER-protective of children when it comes to their physical safety EVER a bad thing? You'd be the first one posting here if something had happened and her child died. So when shit does hit the fan it's already too late.

Should she have been punished? Sure. But it doesn't take an extreme like getting your child taken away from you to get it through your head that what you did was wrong.
Besides, I'm sure she would rather have been punished to the full extent of the law rather than what the media did to her.

He's a fine example of how left unchecked, easily becomes a repeat offender. She didn't even have to pay a fine from what I've read, how is that even remotely fair? Do you seriously think just because her blunder was on the news that she learned from it? Has any celebrity learned from their laundry being aired on TV? Not in a lot cases, I hate to tell you.

Point one, none of those sports are illegal, what she did was.
Point two, for a lot of people, it does.
Point three, I doubt it, she was all over the place defending herself and her actions poor me the camera men are such a threat inside my big suv with my big bodyguard. Give me a break, she knew what she was doing, and in almost no picture did she look panicked or scared as she was claiming, and in every picture the photographers looked at least 5-10 ft. off the vehicle and broke 0 laws...she on the other hand did.

Last time I checked dodgeball and flag football weren't against the law.
And the reason they were banned in some schools wasn't because people were getting hurt, it was because kids were being left out and felt bad because they were the nerds who got picked last.
