Wireless keyboard/mouse

Is it normal for them to skip and not pick up signals occasionally? It seems like I can't even type a paragraph without having "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" appear suddenly for no reason, or having it end up not picking up some of what I'm typing. The mouse can be sort of sporadic as well.

Mine do that when they are low on batteries or if I am too far from the tranceiver.

A long time ago, I got a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. the mouse ate batteries crazy fast and the keyboard got that way after awhile. Then it started sticking like yours. Thats when I unleashed the fists of fury on it. not y roudest moment, but smashing it was so satisfying at the time.

i've been on the same batteries since may *shrug* i have to recharge the mouse every now and again on its cradle, but no battery replacements yet. i love mine. ^_^

i was having lots of those probs kainne. Bought a wireless kb/mouse combo, hooked one of the comps up to the hdtv, and play wow from the couch :hiphop:

I found that, at least with the microsoft version, the distance is very short and picky. I moved the transceiver out as far as possible, and up to on top of the case, so that it gets a clear view of the room/couch with no obstructions. Working better now.

If you have a wireless keyboard/mouse and its not Logitech, your cheating yourself. Some of the wireless high end Logi mouses have better DPI then the wired.

But I agree, for serious quickness and reliability a wired Logitech razor is the way to go.

I use a wireless mouse. I love it. It has a stand that I just set the mouse on and it recharges the battery. It lasts for about 10 hours of playing time. Also the most comfortable I've ever used.

I had a Logitech board that would do that when the batteries got down. However the rest of the time it was pwn, until one day it just quit working.
