I found out this evening that my only remaing grandmother apparently passed away about a year ago. She had Parkinsons and my aunt insisted on taking care of her with some hospice help. My aunt didnt inform anyone. I am not sure why. it was a huge struggle to get this information. which is what has caused my absence. what makes this even worse from me is that my grandmother took me in at the lowest part of my life basically saved me from myself.

Seems i have found out why. After searching the SSN death record site i discovered she died 11/29/2005. Her will is filed in Illinois. in Illinois probate lasts 365 from the date of death or when all beneficiaries are located. if all the beneficiaries are not located then the ones that are get everything. can you say "money grubbing cunt" ? Apparently some cocksucking lawyer has been coaching her on this per my brother.

Apparently now according to the ill state treasurer, this was moved to the town she died in. Kenosha. Wis. No probate was filed nor were there any legal transfer of assets filed. its starting to look like one for the lawyers. I just hope she was the executor

Tik ya know you should ask these questions before you make asshole statements. I didnt post a fucking book, i posted a shortened version. For your information, and its there if you actually fucking read, she had parkensons. SHE HAD NO IDEA who the fuck anyone was, including herself most of the time. She had become incoherent, We had made many calls to her and left many messages and sent alot of emails to my aunt, who was the primary caregiver. she ignored them all up until her neighbor made the mistake of answering the phone. over the last year I personally sent 38 emails asking what was going on and how i can help and why hasnt she contact any of us. we sent Chrismas cards birthday cards etc, all with no response. I just figured she was a mess taking care of her.
