Be careful with this, it can work in your favor or against you depending on your employer (assuming you are a good employee). Quite honestly sounds iffy to me.

That's true. Especially when you have a wife and kids to take care of. Thier well-being comes before your happiness 8 hours a day. Besides if your happiness ISN'T coming from your family then something is seriously wrong at home.
