OSU tried to fumble that game away, but Michigan flat out didn't have the balls to take the game. You can't punt every 4th and 1 from midfield vs. that quality of opponent.
If OSU can put up 42 on Michigan's defense, I can't see anyone staying within 14 of them in the championship, no matter who it is. It's just their year.

Your boys did it, Diek. The 45k goats are yours. I'm really hoping for a BCS Championship rematch. It would be unprecedented on many levels.
To those who gave me their goat points... well... Tugg can have whatever I have left as he gave me 32k goats.
*EDIT*: How do I donate these goat points?
*EDIT*: nm, figured it out.

That was def one of the best college games I've seen in a very very long time.
It I think it's pretty obvious now who the two best teams in college really are.
I would like to see a rematch, but I don't think "they'll" let it happen. I still think they're going to find a way to get either ND or USC in the N.C. They just can't help themselves.
If USC pulls it off against ND, you can count on it being a USC / Ohio State National Champ - which means you can count on a VERY boring game. OSU will crush USC.
Really - whether you like OSU and Mich or not, whether you hate the Big 10 or not, you honestly can't say that they are not the two best teams in college right now. That's what national champ is supposed to be - the best versus the best.

I guess it's possible, but I can't help but remain a skeptic till it happens. I still think they're going to move one of those two up.
Thing is... USC isn't that good. They haven't played anyone and of those shit teams they've beaten - it's been by a single TD or less. You ever watch a USC game? It's like watching paint dry - those are the most boring televised games on TV.
Anyway, we'll see... I hope we do get the rematch - not because I love my Buckeyes, but because it really is the fairest thing to do. Michigan IS the second best team in college football - they SHOULD go.
I guess all we can do now is sit back and watch to see if the ND / USC extreme bias wins over.
IF Notre Dame can pull off a win against USC then USC would be out. Because Mich completely CRUSHED ND earlier in the season - they, but all rights should be out. That leaves the Ark and Florida of the SEC... and I believe they do play each other next week? Anyway, maaayyyybbeeee an SEC team might get in? I doubt it... but who knows.
