Anyone in Seattle have a truck

Postby Dylan » Sun Nov 19, 2006 12:53 am

And a trailor I can borrow? Like... a truck and trailor that can tow a 3400lb car 90 miles.

If you feel like getting mine out of the impound its all yours. I parked my truck in front of my own damn house for a week and they towed it for being on a city street for 72 hours. sry d00d. I dunno about the trailer, that's just sillyness.

You do have an Acura? It was a wild guess...I thought you would have a 67 Mustang or something with that one forum you mentioned a lil while back.

Ahh. I almost bought a 73 camero with a 4,000 dollar paint job (blue with white streaks) recently. 4s manual, I almost masturbate thinking about it. Duel exaust and a bunch of goodies, oh and only 75,000 miles, 11grand~

Instead i'm stuck trying to sell the truck and the focus...maybe get 25 total if i played my cards right. too bad i owe like 9 ><

I have a prized 98 Plymouth Neon that overheats after 15 minutes and you have to fill with water every other day. One of the windows also lets in a draft which is like music when you're screaming (45mph) down the highway. 0-45 in 2.5 minutes on this bad boy.
Oh and because it overheats, it has faded the paint on the hood above the engine. I like to think of it as a car decal.

Or we have the 98 Firebird. The clutch sticks, there is air in the line so if it does happen to stick, ou have to turn the car off, pull the clutch up with your foot and turn the car back on. Most of the time that will fix it. This makes driving on busy streets an adventure. Will it work? Will we have to tow? Wait and find out!

Sounds like a couple of beasts to me! Toss a mexican sound system (boombox) in that puppy and let the good times roll!

I have an 88 Acura Legend which is my daily driver cause it gets the best mpg out of all the cars I own (20 mpg ftw) so I use it to go to work which is 1 1/2 miles away from my house. My 67 fastback mustang project started as a shell with no engine or tranny and now my dad and I turned it into a street-illegal drag strip car. My dad's fun car now is a 77 porsche 911s which isn't very fast but its awesome at cornering.

And now I'm in the process of bargaining for a 84 camaro which is probably gonna end up as a daily driver/street racer.

You can afford fat internet sluts with recently acquired drivers licenses and GED's at 30 years old, but you can't afford a middle aged respectable real life companion?
