Eh it wasn't an all nighter or anything like that, and I met some pretty cool people in the process. Better than sitting at home on my ass, I figure.
Anyways, the Wii felt pretty cool as soon as I started it up. I messed around with Wii sports a bit first, and it's definitely something new. You have to play around with it a lot to figure out what works and what doesn't. Boxing is probably the most fun.
So far, in Zelda, moving around isn't as easy as it has been in previous games, the nunchuk things takes a lot of getting used to (for me, at least). The game itself hasn't taken off yet story wise, so I can't really judge it yet. I think moving around is tricky for me because I'm so used to being able to move the camera and character at the same time, and I don't think you can do that with this Zelda game (at least I haven't found a way).
Did anyone else pick one up?
Overall the system isn't as revolutionary as all the hype makes it sound, but it is fun and offers something new.
