Do you think you have what it takes to lead Light Warrior raids? Shoot me an email at email address removed by vonk telling me why you think you would be a good choice.

What we are looking for is:

Someone who doesn't mind teaching our raiders the basics
Someone who knows how to pull singles.
Someone who can lead us to Plane of Time in 1 year

I've lead raids too ~ like lyion said ~ whats da pay? and will ppl get mad if i have full time gear when other ppl dont ? ~ can i get a clause in my contract where i decide all loot for the 1st year, so which ever warrior/cleric suck up most become our main?

With 12 guilds currently in the elements, about half of those in Time or soon to be, and the amount of competition for ANY backflag mobs let alone real farm targets these days, why would you even bother?

Just finish Luclin and skip to GoD. You'll save yourself a headache.

I wouldn't sweat it, Don. Most of us took it in good fun, and either way it was some free advertising for your guild. Although I'm not sure if you want to advertise too much here...

I did post something similar to this (though a lot different wording) in the private section of our website. We are training internal raid leaders to take the reigns at our raids, nothing more.

What saddens me is that I left a former officer with membership rights to the general forum and trust him to use those rights responsibly. I have no proof it was this person, but I have a strong suspicion it was, and this is what saddens me.

How childish.
