We had so many people over that we have no leftovers besides gravy, biscuits, and massive amounts of mashed potatoes.

We had enough food for 20 with 5 of us, I got enough left overs to last me through next week.

We got through our turkey leftovers yesterday, and have since turned the carcass into turkey soup. Not that I've had any of the soup, I am thoroughly turkey'ed out as well.

I had a nice 18 pounder with 4 people. Also some ham and all the other shit. It was pretty decent though...didn't make any turkey sandwiches yet but now that you brought it up, that sounds pretty good.
Any good suggestions on how to prepare a great turkey sandwhich??? :dunno: :mystery:

Instead of leftover turkey, I am going to have filet and potato leftovers. My daughter is going to have chicken strip and fry leftovers.
