Seahawks did look like shit in the first half. Hassleback, just coming off a knee injury played VERY well in the second half though. Tough game to make your return on though, sub 30 degree weather, and snow.

Alexander finally looked like Alexander from last year. Hell the Seahawks gave up 24 points to Greenbay, but that score was not indicitive of how well the Seahawks defense played last night.

Or week point all year was that the Defense was on the field way to long. Its a small, speedy defense, its not designed to be a Chicago, or Baltimore Defense that can carry a football team. Its designed to create turnovers and sacks, not to be the backbone of the team.

After the last few weeks, i was rapidly losing hope on their season this year. After the Second half of this game, you could hear the collective sigh of relief up her in Washington.

Yes, Hassleback does deserve a little latitude. Coming back after being out that long and to a Monday night game no less. In snow and 30 degree weather. Now, I know they're pros and are supposed to be ready at all times - but I can understand why he was hurting for the first half last night.

Speaking of MNF. Jesus I can't stand listening to those fools do commentary. Tony Cornheiser is entertaining on debate shows but a game is not the fucking time to debate and bitch and complain about everything and with everyone. I never thought I'd rather have Dennis Miller back.

As bad he is, he isn't any where near as bad as Musburger sucking on Notre Dame cock during games. But, yeah he IS bad. I'd rather have Madden than Cornheiser... and that says a lot considering I think Madden has the IQ of a box of hammers.

I like this monday night crew. I find them much easier to listen too than the large majority of announcers out there. Madden is another i really like, just because i wind up laughing most of the time.

At least Madden doesn't argue with EVERYTHING that anyone else said. Madden is usually funny. You can sometimes almost hear Kornheiser rolling his eyes at some things that are said and then he'll make a comeback in a definate attacking tone. I don't see how Tirico and Theismann stand him.

I swear to God I would punch Madden if I had to suffer one of his announcements in person.
