Of course they did. Finished top 12 in BCS standings which makes them eligible, and they have the largest audience in the nation, so the game is guaranteed to sell out and make good money for the host city.

I might, repeat MIGHT watch 2 bowl games: 1) the one with the school I go to in it, and 2) the national championship game.

If they actually had a playoff system, I'd probably watch the playoff games, but not this absofuckinglutely retarded system they have now.
