No. Just pointing out a fact that people, in general, have become so narcissistic and shallow that the ignore the true values of a relationship. It's no longer about what people can do for each other in terms of emotional support, sharing commonality, supporting each others ambitions and simply just loving each other. It's all about how hot he / she is, and or how much they're worth. Americans have gotten so impatient they can't take the necessary time required to really get to know someone. They see each other, think about how "hot" the other is, jump into bed, fuck, and get married two months later. And, then wonder why it didn't work out.

There's a good reason American marriages have a 60% chance of ending in divorce and it aint because it "just didn't work out." It's because people are getting married for the wrong reasons, or in many cases they simply settle for they don't truly want because they lack the self-confidence in that they'll ever be able to find that one person they best fit with.

The saddest part is, these idiots are having children. They KNOW deep down that their so-called marriage probably isn't going to work - yet they spread their legs, get knocked up, pump out a couple of kids and when the marriage finally does, inevitably, come to a crashing end - they bitch and whine that no one want's her single-mother-of-three ass. Or, in his case - he can't understand why no one wants his broke dick, empty-wallent-all-going-to-child-support ass. And, the children suffer the most.

There's an amazing concept called "time" that people completely ignore. No one takes the time to really get to know the person... "she's hot" that's good enough for him - "he's fine" and that's good enough for her.

I hope this piece of shit, narcissistic, shallow, pretentious, ignorant country... never mind

Secondly, his family has money and their assets are worth a lot as well. He stands to inherit a large chunk of it and honestly, I was ready to sign the prenup because I don't much care about money. I never had it. It isn't like I lost something somewhere.

My whole thing is that I want it to be forever. I have alwyas seen prenup as a way to set up for a quick and clean divorce. I am not a very religious woman, but I don't like the idea of divorce. I am going to HAVE to agree with Diekan.
