People aren't as black or white as you think they are Mindia, you can't just say "soandso is a liberal" because their views are different from yours.

Anyways Hinder is fucking horrible but it's funny that Leah hates them and then listens to crap like death cab for cutie.

Hinder is the Firehouse of this decade. When I picture people listening to them I picture mullets, a keg of milwaukee's best and ford trucks.

death cab satisfies me both musically and lyrically. nothin' wrong with that. i wouldn't hold your musical taste against you. i don't mind hinder so much if i'm just listening to the music, it's just that those damn lyrics make me angry.

death cab makes me want to scrape my ears off, same with hinder. I just dont like their sounds, just doesnt appeal to me I guess. No reason to be angry though, its just a song Leahhh :wink:

Grammys, shmammies.

I haven't payed attention to a damn thing they award ever since they gave the Heavy Metal grammy to Jethro Tull.

Now, don't get me wrong, I like Jethro Tull quite a bit, but heavy metal, they most certainly are NOT. Not even remotely.

Besides, that was the year Metallica's "...And Justice For All" album was up, which both WAS metal and WAS excellent.

So yeah, fuck the grammys.

I like death cab but they are not good live and that is a downer. they're all friends with the other bands too, ben gibbard does a lot with jenny lewis/conor oberst/jim james and I liked postal service too...but it's very different and I like hearing all the different things musicians do. (like jack white/raconteurs)
