Does that Glucosamine stuff work?
Yes, it does. But it is expensive. Go to either Sam's Club or Costco. You get a huge bottle of it for like $18. It lubricates your joints. The one I get is from Schiff Laboratories. It is the Glucosamine/MSM compound. You take 2 tablets a day, but it takes a couple weeks to get into your system properly before it starts taking effect. Then you have to maintain it and take the 2 tablets a day. Otherwise, you have to start all over again with building it up in your system.

Well I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, I use the side door after that I just sorta space out for about an hour. I just stare at my desk but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.
