Rogues are a DPS class. Druid DPS in PVP is woeful. Sure, if you are fighting a moron, I'm sure you can win, but the same holds true of any class in PVP. Well, anyone but a Warlock.
Druids shine best when they mitigate with Root and HOT as much as possible before dirtnapping it in PVP. When I fight a rogue I try and Faerie fire/dot and get my DPS classes to kill him while staying alive. If I'm alone against a rogue, I'll lose because that is not a Druids strength.
Cat has low DPS and Bear is a complete joke in PVP. The Balance tree was never given the love it needs and is woeful, or it'd be our best option.
Druids shine in PVP in survivability and utility. Rogues are great at two things, but are almost a liability in a good PVP group, since many seem to ignore that WOW at its core is a group game, which most rogues don't get.
