so, creepy co-worker deskmate guy is sitting next to me screwing around on google when there is a lot of stuff that needs to get done because of an early pub close this week . . . stuff that i can't do because i edited it on another step. we are the ONLY TWO PEOPLE HERE in our department. why doesn't he get that he needs to GET THIS DONE?? i'm very frustrated.

Just tell him. Don't be afraid of what he's going to think about you if you get stern with him. Tell him he can google all he wants when he gets home, but right now there's important work to be done.

If he gives you shit, remind him that you will report him to the supervisor and request to work with someone else who will actually do work and not leave it all for you to do on your own.
