That's because everybody is judgmental to some degree. Take a look at Tikker. He's probably the most hardcore judgmental prick than anybody else on the NT. People pointing out flaws in Christians is completely retarded.

Yes every one is judgmental to some degree, but I can honestly say with out being biased that the christians I know are more judgmental. Some of the preachers i've seen act more like Judge and Jury for god on who has the right to get into heaven and who doesn't. It's when people act "Holier than tho" , theres always going to be people that are quick to point out all of their flaws.

Anyways

I will agree with you Mindia, that Tikker has been as hardcore anti-christian, as you are pro christian. I disagree with either choice, but I respect peoples views untill they start pushing them onto me. I guess I'm a middle man on religion, waiting for some divine intervention or lack there of, to either prove or discredit it to me.

I can respect that man. I used to be a judgmental person and push my views here on the NT, but I stopped a long time ago. I also don't like irrationally-judgmental Christians, and Christians who act like asstards outside the church, and when they walk in the sanctuary they're all nice and smiling and putting on a holy facade. That gets irritating as all hell.

I'm not anti-christian, I'm anti-Mindia

He's got a WRITTEN set of rules that he is supposed to abide by, but still can't handle the tenets of the religion he subscribes to. He's actually comes across as pretty much everything his religion is supposedly against

I wouldn't blame Mindia. You'd be hard pressed to find one person who follows that set of rules verbatim.

I kinda thought this was interesting...

"I call on you not to hate because hate does not leave space for a person to be fair and it makes you blind and closes all doors of thinking," he wrote in Arabic. The Associated Press translated the letter.

Hussein added: "I also call on you not to hate the people of the other countries that attacked us."

That trial was adjourned until Jan. 8, but experts have said the trial of Saddam's co-defendants is likely to continue even if he is executed.

this is good. lets hang him again if he is convicted...better keep that fucker in cold storage.

Correct me if I am wrong but the trial was a war crimes tribunal, not a US trail correct? If this is the case why are they planning on strikes against US if this goes thru? Why not bomb Geneva?

Not a war crime trial, it was a murder trial in Iraqi court.

They blame the US because it is widely perceived that the current Iraqi government is largely a puppet government run by the US. (not at all an entirely incorrect perception I think, either.)

He's just playing the sympathy card, hoping for a stay of execution or pardon.

The new Iraqi government is not a puppet of the U.S. in any way. They now have a straight democratic government.

Doesn't matter how they're elected, honestly. Once they're in power, most of them still will do the equivalent of shouting, "YES SIR, HOW HIGH SIR?" any time the US says "Jump." There are some who don't, like al-Sadr, but for the most part, that's the case. Even if it's NOT entirely the case, it's still PERCEIVED to be that way, which is all that really matters, ultimately.

so thats a bad thing? last i recalled we dont have government rape rooms set up. So they are a democratic government with straight principled laws set up. would it have been better to have him still in power?

Im just saying that only time will tell how we as a society perceive this new fledgling government. And the actions of our leaders. Winston Churchhill was a fool and Roosevelt and Truman were no better then Hitler. Time shows different though. They also said at the time there was a mismanagement of troops during the invasion.
