Took Apple long enough but they finally released info about the iPhone.

It looks pretty slick, it's something in a couple years after they've gotten a couple revisions out could really kick some butt. Hopefully it cause others to get a little more high tech.

Watch the keynote, he gives a live demo of it all. I have to admit, fucking badass. It's impressive. Look at what happened when people found out about the ipod. This is going to blow that away LOL.

It seems silly that people haven't amalgamated all these media tools yet. We have PDAs, cell phones iPods, PSPs, all pretty much doing things that one tool could do in one.

Koodos to apple for doing the obvious and most likely destroying the blackberry/PDA market.

I've had my fill of iitems. every store caters to them, all the music stores, best buy, circuit city...anymore you need to go to radio shack for electronic needs other than iitems. they are dominating the market in every way and I really hate how confused I feel when I know what I want, and I see everything except what I want and everything is so expensive. the accessories we have are pretty neat but my god, honestly it's wrong to not just combine a lot of these accessories in better ways, I want to retch from the money they've made off of everyone.

Indeed. They're going to rake it in on this one. It's not going to be cheap but give it a few years and hopefully the competition will wake up and steal the ideas LOL.

They've put alot into this, the texting portion alone makes me want it.

It's been out for years and it crashes constantly. *snicker* There a ton of devices that are "Smart" running a mini windows type OS.

It'll be interesting to see what Microsoft can steal or innovate from this...

that thing looks really cool, especially if it ends up working as described

battery life isn't amazing, but that's about the only knock on it atm(hopefully the screen is a bit more sturdy than the rest of the iPod lineup

I love toys, I'm the same way. I don't like apple much but I do like where they're leading the market on this technology. This is going to force competition to really get smart.

I hate having so many devices, one device to rule them all? ;-)

I wonder what they'll charge monthly for it, I bet it'll be a lot more than I'm paying for my cell phone now. Still, looks awesome though. I'm tempted to buy a bunch of Apple stock.
