I found myself feeling very happy every important game that came along where T.O. was either a non-factor or if they happened to throw to him - he dropped it. I probably felt a little too happy....that guy just irritates me :dunno:

I always love to see random bad stuff like this happen to the Cowpatties. Couldn't happen to a nicer team.

You mean, the Eagles led by Jeff Garcia, the first QB he fucked over

I can just imagine after the game that Garcia lead a chant of FUCK T.O. FUCK T.O. FUCK T.O.

Was quite the game! I feel bad for Romo, he came into a very tough situation in Dallas, and played well. Deffinatly one of the more memorable games i have ever seen. On to Chicago, beat the Bears!

I think it may come down to either Owens or Parcells. One of them will be gone by next year.

Everyone were saying how great Romo was after the first 4 games or so. Then he sucked ass after that.

The reason is, nobody had film on him. Once some film of him was available, teams were able to better prepare for him. Now its up to him to make adjustments coming into next year. I think he has enough talent to win in the NFL. Plus i cant put all the blame on him for the last few games of the season. The Defense of the Cowboys placed him into spots where he had to become one demensional, and TO had SO many drops that were catchable balls. Thats tough for me to say since i absolutly HATE the Cowboys, im a long time 49er fan.

Owens dropping passes or not, Romo should have done a lot better against that patchwork Seahawks secondary.

By that rationale, LJ should have torn apart the colts.....

Romo didnt do "bad". He did what he was coached to do, take what the defense gives you. The Seahawks game plan was very good, and very simple. If you watch the game tape, the Seahawks didnt "blitz" very much, and when they did, they used zone blitzes and overload blitzes. TO was essenctially single covered when the seahawks blitzed, but they used an overload blitz on the side that TO was on. In doing this Romo was always forced out of the pocket, away from the single coverage, and was throwing into a zone coverage with 3-4 defensive players all night long.

The zone blitzes, wich really isnt that much of a "blitz" really because you are still rushing only 4 people. Winstrom, from his DE position would drop back into coverage, while tatupu would then rush from his linebacker spot. Result being still only 4 people rushing the quarterback, but just not a traditional rush with your 4 down lineman.

It was the inability of the cowboys offensive line to protect Romo, and their inability to run the ball effectively that was the downfall of the Cowboys, not necessarily Romo. When you have recievers that are dropping passes (To i think dropped 3 during the game, Glen dropped 2 "on target passes") that is a drive killer. The Seahawks forced the Cowboys into 3 and long situations all night long.

Romo would had score or at least get the first down if he just took off right away instead of hesitating.

Lyion and I were bullshitting on IM while the game was on

If the cowboys had kept Vanderjagt(big guy for a kicker) instead of pint sized torador Gramatica, the kicker would have blocked the guy (#27) and romo would have scored ;)

watch the replay, if gramatica had just fallen at the guys feet and slowed him down Romo scores

Are you sure it was Parcells? The only coach that got a 1 year extension today is Coughlin with the Giants.
