Indeed. Lunch is lunch. Dinner is dinner. Supper is not a word that is ever used whatsoever.

I bet Tikker also says "warsh" in reference to doing the laundry.

My mom says warsh...drives me batty. Her whole family does. They also use funny sayings like "Criminy Dutch".

It's because her family are all German and some words just didn't get pronounced properly when they learned English.

You guys think that's bad, try growing up with Asian parents. I get a little annoyed at how much Ms. Swan reminds me of my mom.

I'm pretty sure the bottom 2 are absolute lies or exclusive to him and those like him.

Sorry but I'm going to have to say that "yinz" is real.

They pronounce it more like "yunz" around here....sadly it's true.

I will say that fried bologna sandwiches are one of my alltime favorite things.

but it's only really good if you fry 2 pieces and put a piece of cheese in the middle and flip the one piece on top of the other. yumm-o. I love bologna.

Yinz is definitely the substitute for Y'all in PA. When I went to school in Pittsburgh my best friend's father used it constantly, I don't like it but I know some people that can't stand to hear y'all.
