I work with some guys that do that... kind of pretty well...

like, each of them have $3m in equipment and shit

I go to them for advice anytime I have video questions. They 'humor' me with their little responses.

in the offchance, it means yes

My GF is getting big into making movies and stuff(home movie type stuff) and has been to date just using windows movie maker

its pretty simple, and has worked alright for taking DV camera input and eventually putting out a DVD

what other stuff is out there, without going commercial $$$$$ level software?
