Is there any way to make an ISO file readable by a player on a computer? >_<

I was able to use a program called MagicISO to "browse" the cd image, and found the big file that contains the movie, it's a .dat with a WMP icon. It doesn't play, though. So if there's any way to play/convert an ISO or DAT, do tell!
