What points? Show me facts and I'll gladly debate them. I don't see any facts.

You are required to show ID when you travel by plane or drive and are stopped now. Again, that has NOTHING to do with this bill. All this bill does is STANDARDIZE Drivers licenses which is good in that it prevents criminals and druggies from easily stealing identities as has been shown, or illegally moving to commit crimes.

Your argument against states having different driving rules is not relevent. The only thing standardized is the card and information. If one state wants to enact legislation to have a different age limit, it makes not one whit of difference and is entirely inconsequential to this. the only thing consistent is the record, not the laws.

The other arguments are segues into trying to help illegal behavior and I wholly disprove of them. There are workarounds for missing documents. This also helps prevent illegals from getting drivers licenses and to help with homeland security and to stop child molesters and convicts from skipping to a new state to bypass the system built to protect people.

I've already described how it helps against fraud.

Finally, stop wrongly saying it is a National ID Card.

its a huge violation in the FACT this power was not expressly granted to the federal government .

Extrapolate. The power of drivers licenses and states sharing databases wasn't granted by the constitution? I disagree. I see no liberties or rights infringed upon here, or I'd be against this.

Please actually try reading some of the links i posted.

this isn't a driver's license you will get this card from the state license spots.

IT IS A NATIONAL ID CARD, which goes along with a NATIONAL DATABASE. this is going to be a haven for fraud and for marketers. oh and don't think it wont get hacked. The pentagon has been hacked, you think this is going to be better?
