longshot, but WTS 2 prismiq's
I've got a couple of Prismiq's I'd like to get rid of
they're little set top boxes that let you stream media from your PC to a TV
They'll stream MPEG1/2 and DivX3(99% of my collection is DivX5 ,and it works for probably 95% of them, but it's a pisser if you're in the mood to watch that one and it dies half way thru) (most DivX rips on the net are still DivX3)
you can also stream MP3s, jpegs, internet radio streams, etc
you can also use it to surf the net, but I wouldn't recommend it
I used these for a couple years until I built my HTPC's, and they're still in great shape. 1 of them has the wireless keyboard as well
I'd like to get $50 for the prismiq and $75 for the one with the keyboard, but I'm willing to deal/trade/haggle/etc
I'm looking for a passively cooled agp vid card (ati 9250, geforce 5200, 6200 etc), or anything else that's kinda interesting I guess
I'd prefer to not go eBay unless I have to

Canadian bucks, plus actual shipping cost(probably$10 give or take)
And yeah, I'll definitely help you with setup if you like
You can use an app like Gspot to tell you what kind of DivX file you've got
I've got pushing 400 DivX 5 movies, and probably all but 15 or 20 work just fine with the prismiq
the setup is pretty simple
the STB itself plugs into your TV just like a VCR or DVD player. it has composite plugs (red+white for audio, yellow for video) as well as S-video and a coax spdif output
you then just need to run some cat5 to it (there is a pcmcia slot for a wirelessG laptop card if you want, but it's picky about which brand it'll accept. I never bothered with it to tell you the truth, but if you want, I can try the 1 I have at home to see if it works that way too)
then there's 2 peices of software that sit on your PC. the media manager (ie the thing that catalogues your media) and the transcoder
the transcoder takes the video file and changes it to an mpeg2 stream (the box has a hardware mpeg2 decoder)
