Gastroenteritis...

Intestinal viral infection, extremely painful seeing as I've had it before as well.

I just need to rest and stay hydrated. If my fever rises half a degree more I have to go to the E.R.

If it doesn't go down by tomorrow, E.R.

Well the high blood pressure is from stress. I am working myself into the ground again.

I have high blood pressure and a high fever as well, I'm basically not supposed to do shit for a week or else I'll get significantly worse.

My uncle is not going to be happy about losing a mast builder for a week.

like I said....you have anxiety. you need to calm down. what is troubling you? what is it that keeps you from being able to rest easy? take this next week that they have ordered you to do nothing, and do some reflective thinking about how to ease your mind. you're going to kill yourself this way. the body is just a body and it can only take so much. take care of your mind, and your body will follow suit.

Hopefully, I'm generally happy with my life. I just get stressed easily because I care too much about other people.

When other people aren't happy, I'm not either. I'd pretty much say I'm an "empath". I feel what other people feel...

I'm sure your intentions are good, but clearly this is not a healthy way of life for you. if you base your happiness on someone else's happiness, you will be miserable. You cannot allow someone's unhappiness to affect your own happiness.

what you *can* do, is try to help them in other ways. when you allow your own peace of mind to be disturbed by someone else's tragedies, you are not helping them, you are hurting them and you are hurting yourself.

you can empathize without letting it take over your own mental state.
