I don't feel bad for her baby at all. Can you imagine how that child would have turned out being raised by Anna Nicole? The one good thing out of this is that Anna Nicole's daughter has the opportunity to be raised into something other than a cunt.

If the court rules for Smith, her heir gets the money. Mostly likely the baby will get the money. If that is the case, the fight for custody for the baby will be crazy.
