Seriously a Hard Riddle

don't go the pill route babe. theyre overprescribed and are designed for a very specific mental dysfunction that very few people actually have. clinical depression is overdiagnosed, and that's not what you have. most of the time it's simply a matter of life kicking us in the ass, and anti depressants aren't going to cure that for you, only time will.
everything happens for a reason, and you have to have faith in that. for myself i've learned that it's always better to let it all out, keeping it inside is just poison that you choose to let keep coursing through you, so cry long and cry hard, and eventually it'll be all cried out and you'll be able to look back and know that the worst is over and it'll give you the strength you need to get back up

I'm trying not to hurt myself with everything I have, with every bit of strength and love I have for myself, and sometimes it doesn't work and I don't know why but that's when it sucks. the crying sucks. my eyes are swollen. my heart hurts. I dont' know if it's healthier to try not to cry or to just let it all out. I dont' know if I start crying if it will get better or worse. I don't know if when I lay down to sleep that I can go to sleep without having a bad dream so today I had to think of baby animals in order to go to sleep.
then I woke up, saw scott next to me staring at me and I smiled. he said "it's good to see you smile" and then I smiled bigger. when I got out of bed after that though I was sad again. I can't stop crying and am wondering if I should take the antidepressants I have.
Well, I don't know how you are in a day to day situation. All I know is how you are here, which is loopy and kinda weird. Also, you're all full of that phony positivity life is sunshine and butterflies everywhere. Maybe that's how you really are /shrug. I see a front but I could be wrong.
