I've been prepping for this on my Oracle Servers for the last 45 days. The Government should never be allowed to change our calendar.

You don't have something like wsus in place? You guys run login scripts?
Our biggest issues have been because of shitty java. Only java build 1.5.0_9 or greater (if I got my rev correct) supports the DST change. Java does not look to the OS for time, but maintains it through other ways.
Java has admin requirements to install, our user base does not have this, we do have some saving grace in that we've got SMS to "help" but it will still be a nightmare to manage it all.
