No, it is pretty choppy for most people I think. I posted a link to a .ini editing guide that made a big difference in playability for me. It's in the other Vanguard thread.

Is the game still enjoyable past level 30?

How busy are the servers?

I am lvl 16, just got my pet and am loving the game. Martok on my server has low population. Far more people playing good races than bad, as usual.

The low 30's in my guild are loving it. So far, I think its great. They did a great job of making low level dungeons challenging. Fallen Lyceum is a blast.

Double experience weekend this weekend!

Well, played my first post beta session yesterday, after installing my 8800 GTX

I had no lag and the game was smooth as butter at 1920x1080 with the default configuration.

For those curious, I have:

an overclocked E6300 Dual Core running at 2.2 Ghz
2 Gigs RAM
2x150 Gig SATA
8800 GTX
Audigy uber card

Yea, the double exp weekend thing was only put there to apologize to the people who bought the game at launch and have had to deal with all the server downtime and what not. Pretty sure they made it clear its only a one time thing.

So, I heard someone in OOC talking about getting a FPS increase by running it in a window. I tried it out and my FPS doubled. No shit. I can now run it on balanced and maintain 20-25 FPS even during combat. It doesn't make sense...

The FPS rates aren't consistent. They're across the board on my system.. Falling to 25 in cities and going to 75 in dungeon areas.

I was doing ok, but doing a quest in the Mountains, and Bog Vapors seem to be powerlevelling off of me.
