WOW what a great game, i know its old and most here have played it but i finally started playing it. amazingly fun and spooky, love the atmosphere and music. too bad the controls are funky. thanks Dan for loaning this to me. oh pool of radiance ruins of myth drannor sucks much anus

It's really just an awsome game all around.

I can still pick it up once in a while and enjoy it, the graphics, while a bit aged, are still more than acceptable years later because of attention to detail.

i have xp and it runs just fine. playing with the console i now run it in first person mode instead of third (much better)

I've always run it on XP without any issue.

if you have trouble running old games on XP try compatability mode first, if that doesn't work get dosbox or vdmsound.

there are tons of old games i still prefer to 90% of the bug-ridden shit produced these days

Hmm, I'll have to look into that. I've never been able to get the cd to install on XP, although on my old 98' machine it installs w/o a hitch.
