Casino Royale Blu Ray is top 10 on amazon atm. Blu Ray's in general are outselling HD DVD's. PS3 will be in as many homes as ps2. Everyone who wille ventually have a ps3 has a blu ray player and with the prices of HD TV's at what they are HD in many homes is a huge possibility. Sony isn't stupid. Of course they are losing money. That kinda happens when you sell a system for 600 that cost you 830 to make. They will make it back in due time.
