I'm guessing most of the people that posted in this thread are against the death penalty then.

I am in favor of the death penalty in some cases.


While i detest Cheney, and he is no doubt a criminal, i would not wish him dead. I think what Cheney is guilty of and say what a mass murderer is guilty of is 2 very seperate things.

I am against the death penalty personally but that had nothing to do with why I don't wish death upon Cheney.

The political ramifications if the need arose to replace Chenney could be very interesting, and could turn out to be a bad thing for Democratic control of the Senate.
