Radulov got suspended for Game 3 for that hit.

Yeah, they are. Atlanta just got swept. Pittsburgh is on the verge of getting dumped by Ottawa and really need to wake up. Sharks're up 3-1 now, and have pretty much had their way with Nashville over the last 2 games.

i don't know if it's so much the rangers looking great, I would think from watching some of the games that it's more the thrashers making the rangers look like a million bucks. You know you're playing badly when marcel is the better hossa in the series

that's what i was thinkin. i wasn't all that impressed with the rangers, just like i wasn't all that impressed with the wings for the first two games of the wings/flames series.

ROFL, a brawl broke out between the Ducks and the Wild during the WARMUP SKATE. That shit is straight out of Slap Shot.

Kiprusoff played very well last night. If it wasn't for him, the Wings would have won the game easily.

Busy night. Buffalo clinched, Jersey went up 3-2, and the Sharks closed out the Predators in 5.

I think Sharks're probably going to get detroit next, unless Calgary pulls a miracle out of its ass. Dallas is done, it's just the formalities left. I'd rather the Sharks face the Canucks than the Wings, but I'm confident either way.

I don't think Calgary beating Detroit is too far fetched. Calgary's got some important players getting the puck into the net. Can only boost their confidence.

I have no faith in my team anymore for the playoffs.

I think this series will come down to the officials. Anymore lame 5 on 3's and the Redwings get in an extra month playing golf.

Calgary is getting its ass handed to it today. It's like 5-1 right now. We'll see what happens in Game 6. I'm just glad the Sharks are going to have a few days to get some rest in, that was a physical series against the Preds. Likely the Sharks'll be facing the Wings next, so the more beat up the wings get by the Flames, the better. :hiphop:

The entire Calgary team imploded in that game.

Dallas beat Vancouver tonight and tied the series at 3. Turco is playing out of his mind.

I still don't trust Turco in the playoffs 1 iota. I think the canucks'll win in game 7. Plus I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that Calgary wins their series.

The punishment from the league are out.

Calgary Flames goaltender Jamie McLennan has been suspended for five games, Calgary coach Jim Playfair has been fined $25,000, and the Calgary Flames organization has also been fined $100,000 for a number of late game actions in Detroit, according to NHL media relations.

With the Red Wings up a commanding 5-1, McLennan was given a match penalty late in the third period for his slash on Detroit's Johan Franzen. The infraction was one of four late-game penalties incurred by Flames players for aggressive or illegal use of their sticks in the closing moments.

No, I think the Sharks'll beat Detroit, but I think it'll be a harder series than Vancouver would. The real test is going to be Sharks vs Ducks, and the more rested & less beat up the Sharks are compared to the Ducks when they meet, the better.

Well, Wings just beat Calgary, closing out the game in double-OT.

So, if Dallas wins, Sharks'll face the Ducks, if Vancouver wins, we'll face Detroit.

Honestly, the Ducks worry me more than Dallas, but hey, if we get them in round 2, May will still be serving his suspension, so maybe it's all to the good.

Let's go Dallas (only for tonight) !

Wings are 3-0-1 against the Stars vs. 1-3 against San Jose. I like the Wings chances against Turco.
