What would a high school kid ask? Maybe, is it true chocolate gives you zits? OR, are carbs really bad for you ? Whats the difference between good fat and bad fat?

Difference between RCP's and Natural Carbs, like Burgy said, good fat and bad fat, etc etc. Things that strengthen your immune system, healthy dieting, relate it to their everyday life in sports etc etc. Come up with reasons they should care about, don't turn your lecture into a 60 minutes clip because chances are they'll tune it out like such. Good luck, it won't be easy, I hope you're getting payed and it's not just a favor, sounds like a tough situation. Heh. :bowdown:

I'd mention how unhealthy sodas can be too, even the diet ones. Lots of kids drink almost nothing but that. I know it's one of the main reasons why I was overweight in high school.
