doing RMAs suck ass.

especially when the company you ordered from doesn't do the RMAs themselves & you have to contact the manufacturer directly.

I'm buying a prebuilt for my next PC. I might add parts to it & customize it beyond the standard, but I don't want to deal with any huge hassles.
