How long does it take for a woman to get the side effects of pregnancy (sickness etc etc) after sex?

I didn't start having morning sickness until I was about 4 or so weeks along.

Thats how I knew I was pregnant, the morning sickness, etc. I was 6 weeks along, and had had symptoms for 2-3 weeks.

Uh.....that's not always a reliable indicator.

Pregnancy tests are fairly cheap. Invest in some.

But in all seriousness, are you afraid of being a parent, or are you just not ready right now? You know how to make sure she isnt pregnant right? Dont have sex with her. If you arent ready to make the commitment to parenthood, dont dip your wick.

Hi, I heard about her being sick and stuff like 15 min ago so I'm simply reacting to new news like right now. I doubt she's even pregnant but I think 15 min of thinking about how the next couple of decades of my life hardly warrants an abstinence lecture.

If I had to, I could do it. I'm always ready to take responsibility for my actions. The only thing that is not ready is how mommy and daddy feel about each other, but again, I'm sure she's not pregnant since she didn't skip. I think she just has food poisoning or something.

Jay you spazzatron, someone getting nauseous a couple times is hardly an indication of pregnancy unless it ties in with something else - if you're retarded enough to be having unprotected sex in addition to no birth control though, lol at you.

If she IS on birth control, the chances of her getting pregnant (as long as she's using it CORRECTLY and not all willy nilly) are so slim that her not feeling well for a day or two shouldn't freak you out
