I don't like most of the songs but they are still fun to play and the "horrible covers" are part of the charm of the game IMO.

I always liked it, if you can get over the feeling that you look retarded it's fun to stand up and play. Every once in awhile I space out and play in my living room and it's a blast. Can't wait for the 80's one coming out~!

I have only played for a couple of hours but even medium skill seems really hard.

Guitar Hero 2's track list is infinitely better than the first.

Especially the extras you can buy...

The Light That Blinds on expert is fucking ridiculous.

It's so sad, I was playing that last night on medium and still thought it was ridiculous, woe is me!

IF stands up to play

They're all fun to play, the 80's is going to rule but i'm not so sure about GH3. I'm going to get Rock Star instead.

Asshole! I play sitting down sometimes, but when I'm wandering around and stop to play at random, you've seen my living room, I'm not going to move the big lazyboy every time I want to sit down. :badrazz:

The lack of a wireless controller for the 360 is kinda lame.

I didn't like one of the wireless ones I tried for ps2, had to press the buttons harder and star power took forever to deploy.

You press the buttons to deploy star power? Fuck that, wail the guitar. It's much more fun that way. Also, I disagree Harrison. I think GH1 had a better track list but GH2 was much more challenging. GH2 tabs + GH1 songs would win. Oh, and I've beaten every GH 1 and 2 song on expert biatches!

No I mean the colored buttons, not the star power one, I mean with the guitar a friend of mine had you have to hold it up forever sometimes to make it deploy, and it's a pain in the ass when you're playing two player.

Yeah, I can't get star power to deploy for shit. I figured I was doing something wrong. All I have to do is tilt the guitar straight up, right? It doesn't work. Then usually it just goes off on it's own.

It doesn't work with the button either. Do you have to be sucking in order to get it to deploy or what? Cuz, well, I don't suck.

well you have to have enough star power on your meter to make it work to begin with

you can't just do it whenever you feel like it

Yeah, you have to wait till it says you have star power and once you deploy it you have to wait till it says you have it again to use it. Tilt it up fast towards your face, like you said, upwards and it should trigger it.
