I doubt it. I was a member of the previous NT since March 2001, Taxx has been there since 2000. When did NT server even open? Wasn't it in 2000? I remember I started on Rallos and switched to Nameless the day it opened and I started in early 2000.

I think someone tried to start a second NT because they were pissed about the moderating or something but no one followed them over.
