I see very little mold, so I wouldn't worry about that. Its neat how the paint is holding all that water.

Actually, there's quite a bit of mold on the walls. Looks like it was under the paint/wallpaper/whatever the hell that was.

I had the same thing happen to me 7? years ago & my landlord took his sweet ass time with getting it fixed, thankfully my neighbors were close friends, so we could go over to their place to shower.

thats actually just discoloring from the paint under the paint (its like hardcore acrylic paint or some shit)

it smells fucking terrible though so i assume there is some mold somewhere i nthere

I'd move if the landlord doesn't get there in one week to fix it. Even one week is too long, that's a fucking emergency.

they fixed the leak upstairs but they arent going to get back to the drywall until tuesday

The difficulty is that it needs to dry out prior to any patchwork & it is evidently very wet.

I am going to guess that there is a leak in the apartment above you, most likely from a misseated toilet or something simple like that.

The only quick fix would be to screw afix a plastic sheet over it & then cover it with some plywood or something.

just waiting for everything to dry before they start patching
