What damages were done? There is the violation of the Consumer Fraud Act, however for people who purchased the product and consumed it, they deserve no refund, let alone compensation / damages. The only thing that this lawsuit should hope to accomplish is the proper labeling of the product.

the thing is, this is along the same lines of the lawsuit against mcdonalds because people got fat eating the food - the result? nutrition facts on their labels now - wow, big shocker, the food is fattening - thanks for wasting tons of a corporations money just to let the world know that low grade beef and "potatoes" immersed in pure hot fat are *gasp* unhealthy.

last I checked, the ingredients are on every bottle - if you can read the slogan that says it's all natural you can flip the bottle over if it's THAT important to you and see that it has high fructose corn syrup

fact of the matter is it's *not* that important to them or they'd read the label further than the company's marketing tactic.
