trouble with drivers

hey guys i started a new job and i need to get the drivers for a printer on the network to use it, i have tried to download them off the HP site and nothing has worked. It is an HP LJ 400n. any ideas which driver would work best?

we just ripped out all our HP printers and went IBM again, jeje

edit: it is an HP LJ 4000n (not 400)

I go to the HP site and their are several versions of drivers and/or print packages to download

some are universal, some are 5l or 6l, I don't know.... real frustrating there can't just be 1 GD driver.
