We have a BBQ at work as well and it gets used a few times a summer. My point is that Harrison should get a job. :)

Well, if harrison is going to school full time, and is getting by on student grants, financial aid and student loans, that's OK if he doesn't have a job. Concentrating on your academics, as long as you DO take enough in from aid, is (to me at least) one of the OK excuses for not working.

Too bad he's not. He's "getting ready for school", been a few months.

what's wrong with vitamin water it tastes pretty good. I like the "revive" flavor. plus they have really funny things to read on the bottle. how come you're not a sheep if you drink soda? I don't drink soda..so I have to drink something. besides coffee.

It's still quite a bit of calories but, overall it's infinitely better than soda.

The sheep comment is for those that drink it thinking it's as good as advertised. I think it's still like 100+ calories per serving (1.5 or 2 per bottle)

I found one in the fridge at work and drank it. so I bought some from the store after that. I don't count calories so I guess it doesn't matter to me. I cut portion sizes in half instead. I eat what I want and stay the weight I am comfortable with, as long as I eat half of what they give me. If I want a candy bar, I get one. I just eat half of it.

One of the last things in this world you have to worry about is gaining weight to the point of being fat. I haven't met you in-person yet but, I am pretty sure I don't have to based on many pictures.

I used to be 160 lbs. If my lifestyle were the same as it was then, yes I would gain it all back. It's all about the maintenance.
