Take one in the back room, torture it for an hour while the other cats watch. One will talk eventually. I promise you.

I saw a cat that was hit by a car in the road today and it was still alive. I almost cried. I have a soft spot for cats. We pulled over and got a closer look and it looked up at me in obvious agony. Some guy pulled over too and he had a cell phone to call a shelter/animal hospital.

P.S. If I had seen the person hit it and keep going, I would have followed them until they stopped. It's a good thing I didn't see this.

I used to have cats until I could no longer tolerate the alergy, but anyway...

When I moved from my apartment into a 2 story house with a friend I, 1 of the two cats adjusted without issue, the other however seemed to get lost after going upstairs, as if he didn't know how to get down. Ended up pissing on my friends bed, and never on mine LOL. Long story short, I ended up giving the cat away because he just wouldn't stop :\. Was really bummed out about that.

No new info I can offer. They tend to repee on the same spot, and that is a big bummer when it comes to cat urine :\.

Try something as simple as moving the litter box. You can also try moving their food farther from it, if it is near the box.

awwwwww :( :( :(

something similar happened across the street from my aunt's house this year . . . a teenaged girl accidentally backed over the family cat (he was old and slow-moving; it wasn't her fault) but the cat was still alive and so the dad came outside and put him down and then just sat with the cat and cried, right out in his front yard, until he pulled himself together enough to put the cat in a box for burial. i saw the whole thing from my aunt's and cried :( the cat was kidn of a neighborhood cat--everyone knew and loved him . . . i'd gotten to know him just from the few times i'd been to my aunt's house since they moved. sad pandas

There's not too much that hits you harder than a pet that's really hurt staring up at you with that "You're the person, I'm in bad shape, can't you make it all better?" expression when there's nothing you can do. Makes me sad just thinking about the times I've seen it. Sorry about that cat, Fin, glad it was able to get to an animal shelter promptly though, where at the very least they could put it to sleep gently, so it wouldn't hurt any more.

I can't believe people could do that and continue driving. It angered me to tears when this happened to my kitty's sister last year. All I could think about for a few days was some douche going "I think I hit a cat" and not even slowing down. My roommate saw the car drive past afterwards (and heard the dudes comment) and speed off without thinking. no, we never found the car.

Once a guy hit my friend's dog, we found the truck 3 hours later 2 blocks away.

His truck mysteriously didn't work the next morning, had 4 flats, and every window somehow broken. Must have been some storm!

My new girlfriend (long story) has 2 cats, and they make me sneeze and make my eyes itch. Evil bastards.

I was. :( Well, you know what they say... one door closes and another one opens. Long story short... she used me during a difficult time in her life and is now back with her ex-husband. It's all good though. I'm over the intense pain and personal anguish I'd been suffering for the past couple of months. I was just quiet about it.

I met a wonderful girl who I have high hopes for. She's an actress (actually the PC term is "actor" even for females) and film producer and is very down-to-earth and is a total sweetheart. I'm not going to say who she is yet as I want to see how things go with her first. She is listed on IMDB, and also has a web page. She's friends with a lot of big name actors and has been in several films. No, not porn you pervs who are thinking that. Most of her films are indies, but she's also had some small roles in a couple major productions. She was dating an NFL player for the Denver Broncos not too long ago, but she dumped his ass. rofl

Anyway, so far so good, and I hope things continue on a positive note.

Oh, and for those of you who knew Flippett... I just got back from his wedding in Reno and he should be on a cruise ship about right now with his new bride. She's a very cool chick but she can't stand his online gaming. LOL Oh, and he's a GM now for WoW. Server to remain anonymous.

Thanks Leah. I just need to remember to take things slow this time. I promise I'll let you know who she is when the time is right. :)

Flip is very good to his new bride and he doesn't play the games when she's home from work.

Sorry Eric. :( I hope this one works out better for you.
