Leah, I would very much like to believe that he's still alive too, and I really do think that he is. Nothing new is piling up the other way. The posts presented here contain the same information they did a year ago, so you shouldn't be so distraught over it.

My entire point is, what does the super sluething get you, at the end of the day will you sleep better, will we all have a moment of zen in which we hold hands around a camp fire while Nancy Drew tells us how she solved the crime? Does it really matter? He was a nice guy to alot of people on here, a douchebag to others. Some of us here might even consider ourselves e-friends with Ryan.
And all in all in the end, the only truth out there that no one can argue is we no longer get to converse with him any more. And if you liked him thats a suck thing, if you didnt like him, well more than likely you still liked to go back and forth with him.

I understand your point Mop. I liked Ryan and thought he was hilarious... a bit off-color at times, but funny nonetheless. We were going to meet up for a beer in SoCal when I lived down there for a summer 4 years ago. Our schedules were just in conflict. Maybe when he gets out on Parole he'll come back and tell us about the butt-pirates in prison he had to fight off with a sword crafted from broomsticks.

Honestly, he'd just fess up to heading to jail not make up some elaborate thing about a car crash.

'E's passed on! This Ralf is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-RALF!!
Speaking of this, I was just reading old PMs and found a bunch from him~ I forgot I was supposed to email him nudie pics I took of some college freshman whores I got drunk right before he dissappeared

Board personalities are fairly easy to manipulate. There are tons of people who have had multiple ones over the years.
Anyone ever meet Ralf in person? Anyone ever talk to both Goose and Ralf? No, they didn't,
Anyways, there was much more going on there than was let on. Both posted from each others IP addresses. When Ralf left, Goose left the board also.
The fact you still reference him as Ralph Macchio and his friend as Gooose is really all the evidence you need in regards to the fact this most likely wasn't a real deal.
Uh, I talked to them both on the phone at seperate times. Ralf lived in California, but was moving his business to Texas (we were discussing me being his office manager) and Goose lived in Texas. (We were discussing real estate for said business in this area). Nice theory though.

You've got a lot of gall Lyion to come out with some wannabe asif-militaristic statement claiming to know the exact details of the situation. You'd like to know and I think that bothers you the most. I've talked to both of them for years and it's not like the impact upon Ralph's disapearance has left us all in a vegitative state, in which a hoax of this altitude would make any sense at all.
And what Kizzy meant was: Nice attempt to whore the crowd's appeal to a different topic by overstating the answer to a question you've got no fucking clue about.
