BTW, your knife comment is a bit overboard. Don't be the typical victim and assume protection or lack of it caused this. You're just another victim out of any hundred on any given day. I was thinking about carrying a knife for a short period after the last time a few douchebags jumped me, but shortly after realized I'd never actually use it. Instead I got a police issue keychain pepper spray. Haven't had to actually use it yet, but theoretically a shot of this and your head swells up to the size of a pumpkin and you can't see unless you go to the hospital. I'll let you know if I give it my full recommendation next time I head down to Renton, WA.
