NFL Week 6

Post by Kramer »

so i am still #1 in my FF league

i have Tom Brady and LT.... FTW

i have Jones-Drew also, though didn't start him, probably better that would have led to an even greater humiliation of one of my best friends...

that Dallas game was pretty great, not just because Dallas lost, but it really showed how dominant the Pats are.

I really don't think anyone is going to be able to stop the Patriots this year.

Colts, Steelers and eventually, the Packers..all three are capable of stopping them.

      packers?

      jeje

I think steelers, if they get really healthy, matchup well with the pats, but still call it a coin toss (assuming both teams play top notch)

I don't think Colts have the secondary, or D-line to slow down the pats

Biggest difference with the pats vs everyone else right now, is Pats seems to firing on all cylinders all the time so far

The Pats/Dolts game is certainly going to be one of the more entertaining of the season, without question.

I'm really not worried about not having Maroney back (thx groin injury). Hell, I'm not even worried about losing Faulk (should he get hurt again) - with the way Ekle ran all over the Cowgirls... I think they'll do just fine. I have no doubts Ekle can break into the Colt's secondary. Maroney, however, is going to sit out the Dolphins' game this weekend - I suspect it's BB's call to rest him and keep him healthy for the 4th of November. By then, they'll have Maroney, Faulk AND now Ekle... can you say run at will? Opps can't forget Morris!

We haven't even touched on the passing game yet. Gaffney, Stallworth, and Welker are all quality weapons quite capable of giving the CB's and Safeties of any team fits.... oohhh yeah... I forgot... that guy... what's his name... ohh yeah Randy Moss. LOL.

Don't think for a second that Moss won't have Indy's secondary distracted.

The ONLY thing I am worried about with this game is the Samuel / Harrison match up. Harrison being Manning's favorite target and all. Samuel has a very hard time covering him and they've been burned in the past with that match up. I really can't see BB running the 3-4 and leaving Samuel out there solo against Harrison. /shrug who knows though...

With the weapons of the New England arsenal... this is will be the Colt's D by half time.
